Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of the account and delay of pending withdrawals.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place bets on 777ad. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 777ad may request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be closed immediately. Any deposits made to an underage account will be returned to the originating payment method.
You are also not permitted to use 777ad if you are registered on a self-exclusion list, if you have previously been excluded from 777ad, or if you are acting on behalf of another person. Using automated systems, bots or any software to interact with the 777ad platform in a manner not intended for individual players is prohibited.

Most bonuses on 777ad carry a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Sports welcome bonuses carry a 5x rollover on the bonus value. These requirements must be completed within the bonus expiry window stated in the promotion details. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met are forfeited.
Not all games or betting markets contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Casino slot games on 777ad typically contribute 100% to the wagering requirement. Live casino games contribute 10%. Sports bets contribute 100% only on odds of 1.50 or higher. Bets placed on events with odds below 1.50 do not contribute toward bonus rollover on 777ad.
Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms — is strictly prohibited. 777ad reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings and close accounts where abuse is detected.
All sports bets placed on 777ad are binding once confirmed. You cannot cancel, amend or reverse a confirmed bet. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details including selection, stake, market and odds before confirming. 777ad is not responsible for bets placed in error.
Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport concerned. For cricket, the official result as declared by the ICC, PCB or relevant match referee is final. In the event of a match being abandoned before the minimum required overs have been completed, match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Tournament outright bets remain in place unless the tournament itself is cancelled.
The minimum single bet stake on 777ad is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and player tier. 777ad reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion, particularly for in-play betting markets where liquidity may be constrained.
If odds are published on 777ad as a result of a technical error, human error or data feed failure resulting in clearly incorrect prices, 777ad reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned. 777ad's determination of what constitutes an obviously incorrect price is final in these circumstances.
All casino games available on 777ad — including baccarat, poker, crash games, slots and live dealer games — use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical cards and wheels dealt or spun by a human dealer in a controlled studio environment.
Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are based on long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session. The house edge is inherent in all casino games and cannot be eliminated through any playing strategy. 777ad does not misrepresent the nature of casino games or imply that any outcome is predictable or controllable.
In the event of a game malfunction — including disconnection during a live game, software error or incorrect display of results — the round affected is void and the stake is returned. A malfunction voids all pays and play on the affected round. Results from subsequent rounds are unaffected.

In cases where an error results in an incorrectly credited balance — including winnings paid in error — 777ad reserves the right to correct the balance by recovering the erroneously credited amount. Players are obligated to report any obvious errors in their account balance promptly. Wagering funds that were generated from an error credit may be voided even after subsequent play.
